What is Ohio LSW Training Supervision?

In Ohio, the Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist (CSWMFT) Board requires LSWs pursuing independent licensure (LISW) to complete 3,000 hours of supervised social work employment over at least two years. Within those employment hours, you must log at least 150 hours of face-to-face training supervision under an LISW-S (at a ratio of 1 hour of supervision per 20 work hours).
