New Leaf Psychotherapy Services, LLC is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our private practice as Independent Contractors. This is a fabulous opportunity for clinicians who want autonomy in their work while benefiting from shared office space, billing support, and a collegial environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hybrid therapy services (individuals, couples, families, or groups) in line with your license.

• Manage your own caseload, schedule, and treatment decisions.

• Maintain client records and uphold HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with our practice for billing and administrative support.

Compensation

• You set your own fees.

• Clinician receives reimbursement 55 - 60% of collected fees (minimum $400/month overhead).

• Monthly payments after client fees are received.

Requirements

• Active Ohio license (LISW, LPCC, LSW, LPC, MFT, or equivalent).

• Professional malpractice insurance ($1M per incident / $3M aggregate, naming New Leaf as additional insured).

• Commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
